The Merchand’Art project

After more than 10 years working in the arts world in various missions, one thing stands out in Aurora (fundator of merchandart) mind : artists have so many new roles to play that their creative time ends up being diminished by tasks such as communication, booking dates, managing sales, creating derivative products, and shipping them...
Yet the creative passion that drives them should be at the heart of their daily lives. Here, merchand’Art aims to cultivate this by connecting art directly to art aficionados.
That is the original idea behind the Merchand’Art project. Conceived while Aurora was working at the Prado Museum in Madrid but kept under wraps. It is now time to bring it to light so that it can serve not only the talent of artists but also anyone who is a fan of their art.
Because at the same time, there is a growing enthusiasm for all forms of artistic expression. Art lovers are increasingly keen to support artists and acquire their work. But this can pose a problem: not everyone has the budget to afford an original piece. Art should be something that everyone can display on their walls!
Merchand’Art aims to fulfill this second objective by offering variations of original works at more affordable prices, but always with a focus on optimal quality thanks to fine art prints !
